Meeting Helpings of Hope’s Newest Partner!

Helpings of Hope is excited to announce that we will be partnering with Tanorria Askew in the near future. Tanorria will be doing some cooking demonstrations, helping with teaching the refugee women of the Darfur Women Network, and hopefully giving the friends of Helpings of Hope an opportunity to see exactly why she continues to advance on the current season of MasterChef! She recently visited with Executive Director, Kitty Seelig, at the Helpings of Hope Nora Community Garden and thought she could probably cook up some amazing recipes using the wonderful organic produce!

Tanorria is an Indiana local, and she is extremely passionate about good quality food. Owner of Tanorria’s Table, and in the Top 20 of Season 7 of MasterChef, Tanorria shares her love of good food with anyone she encounters. She prides herself on making everything from scratch and developing flavors that even Gordon Ramsay loves!

An active member of her church, Mercy Road, Tanorria leads the hospitality team and volunteers with several local nonprofits to help spread the love of good food to those in need. Tanorria is excited to partner with Helpings of Hope to make a difference in the Indianapolis area through food. Follow her journey at www.tanorriastable.com and IG/Twitter: @tanorriastable
